Print subscriptions to WDW Magazine are shipped monthly, and your first issue will arrive within 4-8 weeks of purchase. If you are missing an issue, please contact our Customer Care team for assistance no earlier than the first day of the month following your missing issue (for example, if you have not received your May issue by June 1).
Non-subscription orders typically ship within 2 business days, but may be subject to delay. For pre-sale items, an estimated shipping date will be noted in the product description.
Any duty, fees or taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
For Digital subscription and product purchases, you will receive an email within 24 hours to the email associated with your account at checkout, providing login details to access your digital issues or products. Access to WDW Magazine's digital edition will give you access to the current issue and all back issues online, with new monthly issues being added on the 1st of every month through your subscription term.
If you wish to opt-out of auto-renewal in order to end your Subscription at the completion of its term, you may do so at any time before your next billing date by logging into your account or emailing our customer care team at least one day prior to renewal. By purchasing a subscription, you agree to be billed on an auto-renewing basis until you opt-out.
Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled. We do not accept returns. All items are final sale. All items are non-refundable. Damaged or lost goods will be replaced at our discretion.
