Shipping times are not guaranteed and once an item leaves our facility we can no longer influence its delivery.
Print subscriptions to WDW Magazine are shipped monthly, and your first issue will arrive within 4-8 weeks of purchase. If you are missing an issue, please contact our Customer Care team for assistance no earlier than the first day of the month following your missing issue (for example, if you have not received your May issue by June 1).
Print subscriptions to DLR Magazine are shipped quarterly, and your first issue will arrive within 4 months of purchase - your order confirmation will indicate when you'll be receiving your first issue and we'll send you an email when it ships. If you are missing an issue, please contact our Customer Care team for assistance no earlier than one month past the shipping date indicated in your email (also available by logging into our Membership Center).
Non-subscription orders typically ship within 5 business days, but may be subject to delay. For pre-sale items, an estimated shipping date will be noted in the product description.
Any duty, fees or taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
Digital Delivery
For Digital subscription and product purchases, you will receive an email within 24 hours to the email associated with your account at checkout, providing login details to access your digital issues or products. Access to WDW Magazine's digital edition will give you access to the current issue and all back issues online, with new monthly issues being added on the 1st of every month through your subscription term. Access to DLR Magazine's digital edition will give you access to the current issue and all back issues online, with new quarterly issues being added every 3 months through your subscription term.
Subscription Billing
Annual and 3-Month Print Subscriptions: If you wish to opt-out of auto-renewal in order to end your Subscription at the completion of its term, you may do so at any time before your next billing date by emailing our customer care team at least one day prior to renewal. By purchasing a subscription, you agree to be billed on an auto-renewing basis until you opt-out.
Monthly Print Subscriptions: Your initial purchase date entitles you to an issue of our next month's mailing (ex: if you subscribe at any time in January, your first issue will be the February issue). All monthly subscriptions are billed again monthly on the 10th of the month for the upcoming issue (ex: billing happens on Feb 10 for the March issue). If you wish to opt-out of auto-renewal in order to end your Subscription at the completion of its term, you may do so at any time before the 10th of each month by emailing our customer care team (please note that we can only process cancellations beginning two weeks after your Subscription was originally purchased). If you cancel prior to your charge on the 10th, you will not receive the following month's issue. If you cancel after the charge on the 10th, you'll receive the next month's issue as your final issue and will not be charged again. By purchasing a subscription, you agree to be billed on an auto-renewing basis until you opt-out.

Returns
Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled. We do not accept returns. All items are final sale. All items are non-refundable. Damaged or lost goods will be replaced at our discretion.
